Your goal is to show how you’d turn Most Loved Workplace® recognition into high-impact, high-engagement assets that companies actually want to use — because they work.

1. Impact-First Launch Video (30–45 seconds)
Create a scroll-stopping, emotionally resonant video using your tool of choice (HeyGen, Adobe Express, Canva, Pictory, etc.).
• Format for use on LinkedIn + internal channels (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Must include brand-relevant text overlays or motion, not just a slideshow
• Should make employees feel proud — and prospects feel like they’re missing out

2. Engagement-Driven Social Post Set
Create realistic, on-brand mockups of three social or internal culture posts:
• LinkedIn post (external-facing, builds employer brand)
• TikTok/Instagram-style post (motion-based, fun, or human)
• Internal Slack/email message (announces the win in a way employees feel)
Each should include:
• Platform-specific copy (no generic reposting)
• Visuals with energy and purpose — not placeholders
• Clear intent: Is this meant to inspire, celebrate, attract talent ?

3. Activation Plan That Sticks (150–250 words)
Write a tight, bullet-style plan showing how you’d help a client embed their MLW® certification into:
• Recruiting & Onboarding (job ads, hiring decks, candidate experience)
• Internal Communications (email cadence, meeting moments, channels)
• Careers Page (culture copy, badge usage, visual storytelling)
This should show your ability to drive behavior — not just awareness.

4. Bonus Visual: Culture Asset That Makes an Impression
Pick one and create something memorable — something a client would actually print, share, or wear.
Choose one:
• Zoom background that feels personalized, not templated
• Office signage or wall decal (real culture, not corporate fluff)
• Swag concept that people would post about
• Billboard or digital ad mockup that could stop someone mid-scroll
