Virtual Assistant – LinkedIn Post Creation (5–10 posts/week)

We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to create and publish LinkedIn posts for our brand and clients. You’ll work from provided SOPs and voice guidelines to produce short, punchy posts that are on-brand, on-time, and formatted for reach.

Responsibilities

Write 5–10 LinkedIn posts per week based on prompts, briefs, or repurposed content.

Build a simple weekly content calendar.

Format posts for readability: hooks, spacing, CTAs, and relevant hashtags.

Schedule posts using native LinkedIn scheduling or agreed tools.

Track links and publish dates in a shared spreadsheet.

Maintain consistency with brand voice and follow SOPs precisely.

Optional: light post repurposing from transcripts, articles, or videos.

Requirements

Excellent written English and clean, professional tone.

Understanding of LinkedIn best practices: hooks, structure, and engagement cues.

Proven experience writing LinkedIn posts or short-form B2B content.

Strong attention to detail and on-time delivery, every week.

Basic familiarity with content calendars (We’re on Linear.app).

Ability to work asynchronously; can align posting times to US business hours if needed.

Nice to Have

Basic design skills in Figma for simple graphics.

Understanding of how to use project management tools (Linear.app)

Light research skills to add credible context when needed.
