Virtual assistant required for various admin tasks

We’re looking for remote working virtual assistants to join our exciting team!

This role is remote,and there is an online application process.

Main requirements:

English speaking (fluent)

Fast internet connection

Fast laptop/computer

Attention to detail

Reliable, and able to work and reply to messages at least once in every 24 hours (not including weekends) – The most ideal situation is if you don’t have many other clients and can respond fast

Job Role/description:

You’ll be:

Updating and editing google sheets

Contacting leads through email and VOIP

Updating/working with various tools (training provided) like Zapier, Google Sheets, Calendly etc

Performing small research tasks and compiling information in documents

Arranging meetings, following up with people through email

Various assistant related online tasks

Ability to multitask

Outstanding listening and note-taking skills

Great attention to detail

Must be extremely flexible in changing work assignments as needed.

Must be extremely comfortable learning new systems and adjusting to new tasks within the job function to accommodate the growing and expanding of the business needs.

Respond to emails

Schedule meetings

Address employee’s administrative queries

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process

Recruitment – Sourcing applicants using a variety of search methods/ online platforms, screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
