Virtual Customer Representative (Entry Level)

Position Summary:
We are looking for reliable and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Representatives. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chats with professionalism and care
• Resolve customer questions and concerns effectively
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
• Log customer interactions in internal systems
• Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual tools
• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
• Strong listening skills and a desire to help others
• No previous experience required, we will train you
