Virtual PA Client Service Specialist: As a dedicated liaison, you’ll engage with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. Your role involves managing communications, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will foster client satisfaction and loyalty, making you an integral part of the client support ecosystem.

What you will be doing:Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length:No fixed term.

Rate:$35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week:10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
