Virtual Receptionist for Mental Health Practice (9 AM–5 PM CST)

Our growing mental health practice is seeking a professional and reliable virtual receptionist to answer incoming calls and schedule clients. This is a low-volume position, with an average of 1–3 calls per day. Missed calls will need to be returned within 24 hours.

Responsibilities:

– Answer calls live between 9 AM and 5 PM CST

– Record call details in our database

– Schedule clients based on availability

– Return missed calls within 24 hours

Requirements:

– Experience in customer service or receptionist work

– Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette

– Ability to work independently and follow protocols

– Reliable internet and phone service

– Familiarity with scheduling software (preferred but not required)

Compensation:

-$100 per month (based on low call volume, with potential for increase as volume grows)
