This entry-level position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14-$15, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits for full-time employees, including health insurance and flexible scheduling. As a Group Home Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in fun activities and outings with residents
- Assisting with daily living skills, such as budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping
- Mentoring residents to learn new skills and try new experiences
- Providing emotional support and guidance to promote independence and confidence
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Be willing to learn and grow with our organization (no experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training)
