This full-time role requires working from Friday to Tuesday during evening hours, focusing on maintaining safety and security standards while assisting guests at the emergency shelter. The position emphasizes a balance of professional best practices and Christ-centered compassion, aiming to restore hope and change lives in the Rochester community. Responsibilities  Provide support and encouragement to adult guests at the emergency shelter. ,  Maintain safety and security standards of the Emergency Shelter. ,  Assist with CPR, First Aid, and Narcan administration as needed. ,  Engage in peer-to-peer employment opportunities in mental health and addiction. ,  Participate in a 2-hour shadowing opportunity as part of the interview process. Requirements  CPR Certification ,  First Aid Certification ,  3 years of relevant experience or peer coach certificate or equivalent ,  Ability to work full-time hours from Friday to Tuesday, 4pm-12am.
