Duties
• Host virtual meetings with clients who have shown interest in exploring insurance options.
• Guide clients through available plans and help them choose coverage that fits their specific needs.
• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the company to build trust and close sales.
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Take part in online training sessions and ongoing coaching to continually improve your skills.
• Set your own schedule and take ownership of your work as a motivated, independent professional.
• Represent Afortus with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to putting clients first.
Experience
• You already have a valid life insurance license or are willing to obtain one (we’ll guide you through the licensing process if needed).
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to connect and build trust quickly.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and open to feedback and professional development.
• Comfortable using technology to conduct virtual meetings, Zoom sessions, and follow up with clients.
• Capable of managing your workload independently and staying organized without close supervision.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not mandatory.
• Professional, ethical, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• Must have a stable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
