Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking an entry-level Remote Customer Dispute Chat Representative to join their team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
 Respond to customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner
 Investigate customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and issues
 Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions
 Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
 Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
 Continuously learn and adapt to new software and technology tools
Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
