As a Feeder Driver, you'll navigate a tractor trailer along established routes to ensure prompt and efficient parcel delivery. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Freight Transport Driver: • Safely operate a truck and trailer combo to move packages between UPS facilities or to customers on predetermined routes. • Be accessible for work at varying times, including daytime, nighttime, and weekends. • Observe all DOT and organizational policies, including meeting the requirements of the DOT physical examination. • Comply with the UPS dress regulations and wear the uniform given by the corporation. • Manifesting trustworthiness, duty, and a fervor for steering tractor-trailers. • Stay compliant with regulations to maintain your right to work in the United States. Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Freight Transport Driver: • Carrying a genuine CDL (commercial driver’s license) from the state of domicile. • The location of your driving job may dictate the need for a Doubles/Triples endorsement. • Meeting the criteria of a Department of Transportation physical exam. • Showing a firm dedication to fulfilling responsibilities and being a dependable individual. • Enthusiastic about operating trucks and providing unparalleled assistance.
