Chain Handler Key Responsibilities: • Load products onto equipment, pallets, or totes, prioritizing efficiency and safety throughout the process. • Organize and retrieve products for shipment or storage, verifying types and quantities against customer orders to maintain precision. • Scrutinize product quality, labeling, and addresses to ensure precise outbound shipments that meet customer specifications. • Replace equipment batteries or LP tanks as necessary, ensuring continuous operational efficiency and overseeing power supply management. • Identify and document discrepancies such as product shortages or overages (OS&D) promptly to facilitate swift resolution. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and its equipment, conducting daily inspections to uphold operational standards. • Support physical inventory processes as required, contributing to accurate stock management and reporting. What We Seek in Chain Handler: • Preferably 6-12 months of previous warehouse experience, particularly in supply chain operations. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to teamwork and safety protocols. • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. • Prior experience operating forklifts is advantageous. • Certification as a Great Place to Work and recognition as a Top Employer in the US preferred.
