As a key player in our new program launch, you will have the opportunity to drive success and earn a competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits. Job Highlights: Competitive pay: $23-$25 per hour Bonuses: $200 per partnership, with additional incentives for applications achieved Mileage reimbursement: 65.5 cents per mile Cell phone reimbursement: $50 per month No weekend travel required Job Responsibilities: Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns, presenting and pitching our new program opportunity Qualify and guide prospective businesses through the application and vetting process Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce Support Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community Partner with local influencers, such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations Requirements: 1-2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience Exceptional customer service and communication skills Field sales experience a plus Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers a plus Professionalism, enthusiasm, and high sense of urgency Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology What We Offer: A competitive salary and bonus structure Opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment A comprehensive benefits package, including mileage and cell phone reimbursement A chance to work with a globally-renowned eCommerce company and make a real impact How to Apply: Ready to join our team?
