Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently. Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies. Process corporate card reimbursements and ensure proper coding. Manage refund requests. Process invoices related to curriculum development and certifications. Manage the corporate AP card program. Collaborate with various departments to process vendor purchases made with credit cards. Prepare month-end close reports. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, B.Com, M.Com/MBA, or a related field. Proven experience with full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice sorting, verification, matching, and vouchering. Experience processing expense reports is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting policies and procedures. Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Prior experience with Oracle is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
