Key Autism Services is seeking motivated and passionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Hendersonville, NC. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and goal-orientation in all aspects of work Growth Opportunities: Flexible schedules and competitive hourly rates Incentive programs and bonuses University partnerships, supervision, practicum, and mentoring for aspiring BCBAs Tuition discount with our partners Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year) 1-year ABA experience or equivalent experience in a related field Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 35lbs, perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, and respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children About Us: Key Autism Services provides autism treatment services to children and adults throughout the United States.
