Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Education Director to lead the development and implementation of educational programs and projects at Harvard Medical School. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, project management, and leadership, with a focus on medical education and public health. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations and delivery of education projects, including the development of asynchronous courses, accreditation processes, and grant-required reporting Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leaders of PGCoE centers, MADPH, CDC, and national public health stakeholders Lead the development of an online education portal, including educational software testing, cross-program process management, and in-unit communications Manage the development and implementation of a new master's degree program and/or program track, including course/program evaluations and reporting Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote a strong collaborative atmosphere and ensure adherence to grant rules, regulations, and guidelines Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in medical education or public health education Master's degree in genomics, public health, bioinformatics, and medical education preferred, with a Ph.D. degree highly desirable Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in customer service and cultural sensitivity What We Offer: Competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including paid time off, health and welfare benefits, and retirement plan Opportunity to work remotely, with flexible and remote work options discussed during the interview process Professional development opportunities, including programs and classes at little or no cost Access to Harvard facilities, discounts, and perks, including athletic and fitness facilities, libraries, and campus events How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced education professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application today.
