Your ability to build rapport with diverse callers is paramount. You’ll skillfully gather information, navigate multiple systems, and communicate complex concepts with clarity and positivity. While we track key metrics like Average Handle Time, our primary focus is on quality interactions and first-call resolution, minimizing after-call work to maximize client success. Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred.
- Prior experience with annuity products is a plus.
- Successful completion of the FINRA Series 6 exam within 90 days of hire/transfer.
- Proven ability to navigate complex customer interactions and achieve resolution.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to embracing change and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Training schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday.
- Post-training work schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CST).

This Client Success Advocate role starts at a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 (approximately $52,000 per year). Your final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, skills, business needs, and market demand.
