Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content (ads and user profiles)
- Monitor and enforce platform guidelines
- Protect users from fraud, cyber-bullying, or counterfeiting
- Prevent the trade of illegal products
- Provide input on improvements to publication rules
- Support users and answer their questions via email
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good team collaboration and communication skills
- Reliable and committed work ethic
- Willingness to work in shifts (Monday – Sunday)
- Interest in e-commerce and digital world
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not required
