As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our online marketplace by reviewing user-generated content, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring compliance with our publication rules. Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content, such as sales ads, to ensure compliance with our publication rules and guidelines. Provide timely and effective support to users via email, responding to their questions and concerns related to the online marketplace. Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on market trends, moderation best practices, and publication rules. Collaborate with managers to identify trends, common user mistakes, and areas for improvement. Evaluate and make informed decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines. Requirements: Native or fluent in Danish (both verbal and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level). Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, or online business is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate. Flexible, reliable, and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and customer-focused with a willingness to assist.
