Executive Compensation Manager (Remote Opportunity)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Compensation Manager to join our team at Chewy, a leading online pet supply retailer. As an Executive Compensation Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our senior leadership team. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States, with the option to be based out of one of our corporate hubs in Bellevue, Boston, Minneapolis, or Plantation.

About the Role:

  • Report to the Manager of Executive Compensation and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that deliver market-relevant salary, bonus, and equity packages
  • Analyze large data sets, identify trends, and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Prepare compensation recommendations for senior leadership and support materials for Executive and Compensation Committee approval
  • Assist in the annual preparation of the Chewy Proxy and develop compensation education materials
  • Manage executive-level salary survey processes and evaluate market data for executive positions
  • Advise senior leadership on executive compensation trends and best practices
  • Lead special projects related to executive compensation
