Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide top-notch technical support to our employees. As a Remote Associate Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining IT clients’ desktop software and hardware, as well as providing expert guidance on end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop software and hardware for IT clients
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees on end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software
- Resolve technical issues and communicate effectively with employees to ensure prompt resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve system-related issues and improve overall IT infrastructure
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our incident management system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on IT experience supporting and resolving diverse desktop software and hardware issues
- Experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
- A+ certification (preferred)
- MCSE/MCP certification (preferred)
