Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide top-notch technical support to our employees. As a Remote Associate Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining IT clients' desktop software and hardware, as well as providing expert guidance on end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
