As a Key Holder, you will collaborate with the management team to oversee store operations, lead a team, and foster an engaging and inspiring customer experience. Responsibilities: Brand Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, partner with the store leadership team to create an engaging experience, and drive sales through personalized service and product recommendations. Leadership + Team Management: Exercise decision-making and multitasking capabilities, prioritize service over tasks, and contribute to the development of others. Visual + Business Operations: Support the store management team with daily office procedures, execution of operations, and store maintenance. Communication + Relationships: Foster an inclusive and people-first philosophy, engage employees, and ensure open dialogue and feedback.
