Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Required Skills: Mortgage Expertise: In-depth knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and mortgage industry practices. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess financial documents, credit reports, and assess risk. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering a positive client experience. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Home Loan Consultant or similar role in the financial industry.
