Provide timely and clear communication regarding incidents to relevant stakeholders. Required Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Previous experience in live monitoring or a related field is a plus.
