Title: IT Operations Analyst, Sr. Location: Remote Clearance: Secret eligible About this role: Rackner is seeking a Sr. IT Operations Analyst who will provide support to end users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware. Handles escalated issues that the first tier of help desk support is unable to resolve. We are looking for experience with: Troubleshoot issues to determine root-cause and drive to resolution Linux and scripting (Bash and Python, etc.) Cloud systems and architectures (i.e. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Active Directory What will make you successful: The Sr. IT Operations Analyst may interact with network services, software system engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identity and correct core problems. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties and recommends system modifications to reduce user problems. The Sr. IT Operations Analyst will maintain currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks, presents solutions to problems, and contributes to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable.
