Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Microsoft Excel Instructor to conduct engaging live training sessions remotely. This role involves delivering a total of five interactive training sessions, amounting to approximately 40 hours, with a maximum of 20 participants per session. Your proficiency in Excel will empower participants to enhance their competencies across various levels, from foundational to advanced (Level 1 to Level 3). Key Responsibilities Conduct five live training sessions to create an interactive and dynamic learning atmosphere. Engage participants through a variety of methods, including discussions, hands-on exercises, and presentations, covering an extensive range of Excel topics. Prepare and distribute comprehensive course materials, such as presentation slides and handouts, to facilitate learning. Ensure seamless online delivery by providing necessary technical support and ensuring participant access to the training sessions. Coordinate the training schedule in alignment with the program’s timeline, adjusting as needed to meet participant learning requirements for an optimal experience. Required Skills Exceptional communication and organizational abilities to create an engaging educational experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionality. Capability to effectively use audiovisual aids and online training platforms. Experience in developing engaging training materials. Qualifications Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification in Excel or an equivalent certification is mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering Excel training, particularly in a virtual format. Experience in a military or federal environment is advantageous but not essential.
