Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch IT services to employees, ensuring seamless support and minimizing downtime.
- Install, configure, and support Windows and Mac-based hardware and software, including peripherals like printers and USB devices.
- Respond promptly to support requests, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving desktop hardware and software issues for a diverse range of end users.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of computing equipment, including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Collaborate with Helpdesk staff to resolve complex user problems, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Build and deploy new desktops and laptops, ensuring they meet the organization’s technical standards.
- Assist in coordinating Helpdesk staff activities for larger projects, as directed by IT management.
- Contribute to identifying and developing solutions to emerging issues faced by user groups and Helpdesk staff, working closely with IT management.
