Job Description: Join our dynamic team as the Director of IT Service Management & Availability Leadership, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability and reliability of our technology systems. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving technical teams to recover services during periods of service disruption, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and in-depth understanding of ITIL best practices. Key Responsibilities: Overall accountability for the availability of technology systems, leading problem, event, and incident management for the enterprise. Accountability for technology systems disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous improvement, ensuring the organization is prepared for successful recovery of a significant event. Accountability for the change management process and associated activities, ensuring proper testing and risk management. Serving as the Product Owner for the IT Service Management and Operations platform (ServiceNow), IT observability framework, and associated processes. Influencing technology currency roadmaps to reduce risk and drive increased systems availability, leveraging data-driven decision-making and trend analysis. Indirect leadership of management, technicians, and contractors during events, incidents, root cause analysis & corrective action plan creation and disaster recovery / business continuity activities across the enterprise. Direct leadership of 5-10 onshore / offshore contractors under a managed services agreement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, or related computing major. 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (contractors or FTE's). ITIL Certification. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, or related computing major. Experience working in an environment leveraging global outsourcing. Knowledge of insurance practices. What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $136,600.00 - $204,800.00 Annual. Medical insurance.
