Join Our Team: Workwarp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Strategic Giving & Community Engagement to lead our Peer to Peer Giving program. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Peer to Peer fundraising strategy that drives significant growth in fundraising revenues and supports MADD's mission to end drunk driving and support victims of drunk driving crashes. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and guide the development team in Peer to Peer fundraising, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Develop and implement a diversified and comprehensive Peer to Peer development plan that aligns with the organization's strategic priorities and drives aggressive growth in fundraising revenues. Collaborate with the Chief Development/Revenue Officer to set annual fundraising goals and ensure strategies are in place to achieve them. Lead the development and execution of public awareness and DIY campaigns that support fundraising objectives and elevate the organization's profile within the community. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all fundraising and public awareness activities. Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational policies related to fundraising activities. Collaborate with Mission Delivery to implement a Peer to Peer fundraising volunteer recruitment plan to ensure adequate volunteer resources for all fundraising activities. Provide training and support to staff and volunteers to enhance their fundraising capabilities and understanding of Peer to Peer best practices. Stay informed of philanthropy and nonprofit fundraising trends, integrating new ideas and approaches into the organization's development strategies. Continuously evaluate and improve Peer to Peer fundraising programs, seeking opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven track record of successful fundraising results through Peer to Peer fundraising programs. Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, strategies, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated success in cultivating and stewarding relationships with individual and institutional donors. Strong organizational skills. Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. High level of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
