Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Assistant to join our team at Workwarp. As an IT Infra Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our employees across India. Key Responsibilities: Provide hardware, software, and network support to employees via telephone, email, or remote tools, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution. Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software and hardware components, including computers, notebooks, printers, and telephone handsets. Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and OneDrive to ensure seamless user operations. Handle data backup and restoration procedures, ensuring data integrity and security. Manage and maintain the ticketing tool, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and closure of support requests. Oversee IT assets, including allocation, return procedures, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Back Office IT Support Role. Graduate/Diploma in a relevant field (B Tech/B E preferred). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and methods. Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
