Job Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of our total logistics, ensuring efficient import, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products to customers while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role will also manage relationships with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and wholesale receiving departments, as well as drive process improvement, regulatory compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Internal and external contact for all movement of goods (inbound and outbound shipping, dropship, and wholesale) Order fulfillment management and inventory management (receiving and audits) Responsible for total movement of goods on time, budget, and efficiently 3PL Relations and process improvement Ensures invoicing is completed as the last step in our fulfillment process Reporting and documentation, as well as regulatory compliance Requirements: 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or quality assurance Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field Proven experience in total fulfillment and logistics management Expertise in logistics software and systems (WMS, ERP, TMS) Understanding of e-commerce platforms and fulfillment technologies Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze and solve complex logistics and supply chain issues What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including health savings account 401k program and corporate holidays and PTO NIGHT products and wellness perks Ready to Apply?
