As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business excellence and continuous improvement across our organization. What You Will Do: As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you will: Provide support for our Global Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement Program Management Office (PMO) Manage project status reporting, training, corporate reporting, and project leadership Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management methodologies to drive business excellence Lead small-scale improvement projects aligned with business strategies and priorities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and customer focus How You Will Do It: To succeed in this role, you will: Support teams in institutionalizing a customer focus and continuous improvement mindset Manage reporting of Operational Excellence project execution, performance, and financial results Direct communications with OpEx team to review and examine project progress Contribute to Operational Excellence performance metrics to ensure organization objectives are met Utilize Operational Excellence tools and methodologies to drive best-in-class processes What We Offer: In return for your skills and experience, we offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time 401K, medical, dental, and vision care - available from day one Extensive product and on-the-job training opportunities Encouraging and collaborative team environment Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy Education and Experience: We're looking for: Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant discipline from an accredited university Green Belt or equivalent training is required; Green Belt certification preferred 3 years of Process Improvement and/or Project Management experience or equivalent Managerial/Leadership experience is a plus Technical Skills: You should be proficient in: Computer and software applications, including Project for the Web, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Word, Minitab, and Microsoft Project Project management skills, with the ability to lead projects within budget and in a timely manner Data analysis and financial impact assessment Interface with Business and Technical Leaders throughout all levels of the organization Don't Hesitate, Apply!
