Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of multiple interactive games and experiences based on Disney's beloved characters and universes. Act as a key point of contact, issue resolver, and team leader within Disney, providing critical guidance and direction on project development across various IP teams. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including other creation leaders, to plan, direct, and track progress across the entire experience. Review and ensure that all creation resources, including content plans and guides, designs, staffing plans, and budgets, are well-organized and practical, and align with the overall project vision. Develop and communicate the creation vision for the project within Disney, working with internal partners to bring our content to life in the game. Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders on the experience, game development, and Disney Intellectual Properties. Drive project completion and work with communication, collaboration, and accountability across the team. Continuously improve and refine creation practices over time. Rally diverse teams to achieve their best while having fun along the way! Requirements: 7 years of experience in product development/creation of console/portable/computer games or other entertainment. 3 years of experience in managed teams. Experience in shipping multiple console, portable, or computer games with live service components. Deep understanding of the art and science of game development, including experience with various tools, systems, and how to structure creation to support a team's assets and workflow. Proven ability to collaborate and partner with key stakeholders - building positive relationships, resolving complex issues, and achieving great results. Experience in delivering a successful AAA live-service game in a Senior creation role and experience with delivering products on multiple gaming platforms. Exceptional development knowledge and judgment; ability to drive a compelling vision to reality. Ability to inspire enthusiasm and imagination in others with persuasive and steady leadership. Appreciation for innovative problem-solving, managing unique development challenges, and building something new and creative.
