Join Our Team and Drive Digital Marketing Excellence We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Advertising Operations Specialist to join our team at Workwarp. As a key player in our digital marketing operations, you will ensure seamless execution of post-sale client objectives, translating them into effective advertising strategies and communicating them across teams and systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, technology, and tooling to build and launch advertising campaigns across various media channels, including Search Engine Marketing, Social, Display, CTV/OTT, and more. Your attention to detail and quality assurance processes will be essential in delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of digital marketing fulfillment requests, including campaign builds, asset collection, and inventory feed exports Collaborate with Client Services and Advertising Strategists to guide campaign build, launch, and quality assurance processes Act as a subject matter expert in advertising products and compliance, ensuring strategies adhere to OEM guidelines and best practices Implement campaigns into our Account Management system and communicate readiness status with downstream teams Provide support for existing clients enrolling in new products, upgrading/downgrading products, and requesting product cancellations Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure proper handling of requests and maintain high levels of accuracy Maintain intermediate knowledge of digital marketing solutions, best practices, and industry updates and trends Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years of related digital marketing experience, specific to SEM, Social, Display, Video advertising Proficient in managing timed deliverables and handling multiple assignments Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or equivalent on-the-job experience Industry-standard digital advertising certifications (Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, etc.) Experience working with automotive clients at the dealer or OEM level Proficient experience using Microsoft Office tools, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Salesforce or comparable CRM solution Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to grasp new concepts quickly We Encourage You to Apply!
