As a design leader, you will play a key role in partnering with our design teams to deliver exceptional experiences for both Hosts and Guests. This is a remote-based position, offering a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $174,000 - $209,000 USD. About the Role As a Lead Production Designer, you will be responsible for refining production practices, managing and supporting our design systems and documentation, creating detailed specs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver polished designs. You will contribute to the delivery of medium to large-scale projects, develop pixel-perfect designs, and design for different platforms, including iOS, Android, web, and mobile web.
