As a full-time, non-exempt Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer experiences by responding to inbound chat and text messages in a timely, professional, and engaging manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and engage in conversations with customers via chat and text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses. Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient service. Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts. Meet productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour. Operate within multiple software platforms, leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions. Requirements: Familiarity with the automobile industry and various vehicle makes/models. High-speed internet access and a reliable computer setup. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
