Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability, with prior customer service or call center experience a plus
  • Spanish language skills are highly desirable
