Remote Client Support Partner – French & English

As a Remote Client Support Partner, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide assistance with a variety of topics, including orders, products, and account management.
  • Utilize various tools to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, tailoring your approach to their needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in South Africa.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal).
  • Completed NQF Level 4 qualification, Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using computers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (within a 24-hour timeframe).
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.
  • Reliable internet connection: Minimum 20Mbps download and 20Mbps upload speed.
