Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyzing customer and service performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
