Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing customer and service performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
