Join the World's Leading Entertainment Service as a Data Lead Netflix, the world's premier real-time entertainment service, is seeking a highly skilled Data Lead to join our Studio Data Management team. As a Data Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping functional data standards and practices for our growing studio, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data quality and inform business decisions. Job Summary: We are looking for a talented individual to lead the management of deal data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and connectivity across studio operations. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and data quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices for deal data across the studio Collaborate with product teams to define, create, and report on metrics that provide visibility into data quality Independently define and implement processes to efficiently scale data quality work Lead data quality projects to support product development and improve underlying data quality Manage stakeholder requests and drive stakeholder alignment as needed Act as a resource for answering clients' data-related support requests Collaborate with business teams to create and implement more efficient processes, best data practices, and educational documentation Requirements: 3+ years of experience working in data management with databases and/or content management systems Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information across a wide ecosystem to analyze issues and devise solutions Solid understanding of workflow and ability to identify weaknesses General understanding of the pitch-to-play lifecycle of content Knowledge of data lifecycle and data management concepts Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines for multiple projects Solid ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to technical and non-technical audiences Adaptable in an evolving environment Proficient in Google Suite and table-based applications (e.g., Excel, Airtable) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQL Experience working with product, engineering, and customer support teams Experience in legal operations or studio operations Experience working at a studio, distributor, film sales, production company, agency, management firm, or other entertainment operation What We Offer: Competitive salary: $24/hour Remote work arrangement Opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic team Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data management, please submit your application to join our team as a Data Lead.
