Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of systems capabilities and Medicaid business operations to inform data-driven decisions
  • Complete Medicaid regulatory reporting as required, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Utilize geo-access software to identify gaps in provider/member access and inform strategic initiatives
  • Conduct provider directory audits related to Medicaid services, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration within the department, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Effectively resolve intricate Medicaid data challenges, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of systems capabilities and Medicaid business operations, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical abilities, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience with Medicaid network regulatory reporting and familiarity with geo-access software is highly desirable
