Entry-level hourly pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour. Responsibilities: This is a fully remote position. You will need a PC/Mac that is 3-4 years old or newer. Work must be performed on a secure, private computer and internet connection – no public computers or networks are permitted. You are responsible for your own data usage. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via our online ticket system. You will receive online guidance on interacting with customers and will utilize pre-written templates for many communications. We are not currently seeking phone customer service agents.
