What You'll Do: As a Remote Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently processing and fulfilling orders. Your responsibilities may include: Receiving and stocking inventory Preparing customer orders for shipment Loading boxes onto trucks for delivery Using scanners to track products Following on-screen prompts and instructions Troubleshooting issues and maintaining quality standards Operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training and certification provided) Lifting up to 49 pounds and pushing carts up to 60 pounds Standing, walking, and reaching throughout your shift Utilizing carts and other gear to move items Navigating stairs (where applicable) Working at heights up to 40 feet (where applicable) Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment standards What We Offer: Safety: Your well-being is our priority.
