Job Highlights: Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package Position: Photography Clearances & Licensing Manager Location: Remote work arrangement Company: Workwarp, a leading marketing communications group Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Photography Clearances & Licensing Manager to join our team at Workwarp, overseeing clearances and licensing responsibilities for projects in collaboration with our Marcom Photo Business Affairs Manager and Photo Producers. As a key member of our team, you will identify rights issues and propose alternative solutions for our worldwide marketing materials. Key Qualifications: Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in the photography industry, with a deep understanding of rights licensing issues, including copyright and trademark law, union/guild issues, public domain, fair use, defamation, and rights of publicity Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex license agreements, with expertise in budgeting and tracking reports Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of personalities and styles Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable navigating rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marcom Photo Business Affairs Manager and Photo Producers to understand marketing deliverables and draft production or licensing agreements Conduct copyright and trademark research, facilitate clearance requests, and negotiate usage rights for talent, photography, illustrations, and more Coordinate and execute licensing agreements with external parties, both domestically and internationally Provide Production teams with general Business Affairs support, including risk-related conversations with cross-functional stakeholders Maintain regular communication with team leads, track and process license payments, and ensure timely execution and payment of licenses What We Offer: A competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
