As a Remote Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Job Summary: We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage multiple simultaneous projects, develop project roadmaps, and implement Agile methodologies using Rally and Planview tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned projects with distributed teams Design and maintain project vision, project working standards, and agreements Develop project roadmap, release plan, resource allocation, funding request, communication plan, risks and issues management plan, test plan, and defect management plan Implement Agile methodology using Rally and Planview tools Facilitate project meetings and complete project tracking/analysis reports Track, update, and communicate project status in a proactive manner Mentor and coach Agile teams to ensure their adoption and successful use of Agile @ American practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training 3 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience 3 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies What We Offer: Competitive salary Immediate start date Remote work arrangement Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of American Airlines How to Apply: If you're a motivated and experienced project manager looking for a new challenge, please apply now.
