About the Role Key Responsibilities Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy via remote sessions to patients with diverse health and lifestyle needs Conduct digital shop-alongs to help patients optimize their grocery budget on our platform Support patients in completing regular nutrition assessments using our proprietary nutrition quiz Document care in electronic medical records according to the Nutrition Care Process Manage a panel of clients with various chronic health conditions and backgrounds Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients through HIPAA-compliant video and audio calls and electronic messaging Ideal Candidate Proactive and patient-centered, with a passion for improving access to healthy and affordable food Driven by our mission to serve underserved populations, with a strong commitment to cultural sensitivity and empathy Well-versed in motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques Excited about working in a dynamic start-up environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Self-motivated and independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Requirements Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian At least one state licensure, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses in high-demand states Ability to work in the U.S., with high-speed internet and a smartphone What We Offer Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $91,640 per year, depending on location and experience Bonus potential: flexible model based on performance, with average on-target earnings of $3,000 - $4,500 per quarter Remote-first company, with flexible hours and a healthy work-life balance Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, 401k, and gym reimbursement 10 days PTO, 5 sick days, and 11 company holidays How to Apply If you're a motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitian looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter.
