This is a contract position for approximately 10 months, where you will utilize your strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, rapidly changing HR environment. As a member of the HR organization, you will handle confidential and sensitive information, demonstrating strong integrity and ethical behaviors. Job Description In this role, you will: Utilize your expertise in Amazon policy to identify required documentation for appeal cases and assess documentation for accuracy and past precedent. Identify process defects and recommend remediation, using your analytical skills to drive improvement. Provide exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent. Proven ability using Microsoft Office skills and other computer or internet-based programs. Demonstrated proficiency handling customer contacts, queries, and resolutions. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent. Experience using knowledge databases and researching skills. Previous HR experience (Payroll and Benefits). Proven ability to manage customer contacts in a fast-paced environment and adjust to constantly changing workloads. Additional languages a plus.
