As a Lead Professional Services Representative, you will spearhead the sales of cutting-edge services solutions and functional consulting capabilities, driving organizational efficiency and reducing compliance risks. You will utilize a consultative approach to navigate multi-level decision-making environments, scope projects, and write detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline specific tasks, deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that include technical solutions, financial solutions, and overall cost savings. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers regarding outcome-based software solutions. Draft Statements of Work (SOW) that outline the scope of work, including key milestones, acceptance criteria, and payment terms. Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer's business, identifying areas where Honeywell can add value through technology, solutions, and resources. Coordinate customer-facing and internal efforts to produce winning value propositions and proposals that secure orders and achieve or exceed targets. Requirements: 8+ years of Professional Services experience in one or more of the following vertical markets: industrial, pharmaceutical, high-tech manufacturing, and medical device. Bachelor's/Technical Degree preferred. Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and the ability to articulate the financial benefits of complex projects to key customer stakeholders. Proven leadership in guiding technical teams to develop projects that meet unique customer needs and objectives. Polished professional with excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $220,000 (depending on location and experience). Incentive plan eligibility.
