Customer Experience Representative - Mom & Baby (Remote)

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Representative - Mom & Baby and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a remote role! We're seeking a compassionate and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to new and expectant mothers, supporting their journey with breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation services. The Opportunity As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless order processing. You'll work closely with our Mom and Baby team, consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a supportive leadership team. Primary Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels. Oversee orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Interface with existing customers to determine product needs, present Aeroflow's services, and promote sales growth. Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, providing prompt resolutions and follow-up. Maintain accurate records, including customer demographics, order entry, and data maintenance. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA confidentiality. Skills for Success Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with exceptional presentation abilities. Self-motivated, with high energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills. Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Sensitivity to patient care issues and ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Microsoft Office computer skills. 1+ year of customer service experience required.
