The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring they have an outstanding experience with our product and service. You’ll be part of a growing team that’s passionate about delivering top-notch support and making a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer requests, resolving issues and providing outstanding experiences in every interaction
  • Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, and delivery issues, in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding their subscription, product, and service
  • Escalate critical cases and exceptions to CX Supervisor for proper follow-up
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and general subscription requests
  • Develop a deep expertise in our product, key differentiators, and the value it provides to our customers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, handling inbound customer issue resolution via email, phone, and/or chat
  • Outstanding English language skills (oral and written) and effective communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping people
  • Organized and able to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude, great people skills, and a supportive team player
  • Knowledge of nutritional information and fine dining a plus!

  • Flexible remote work arrangement
